She was also a Sales Manager and District Sales Manager for various retail companies.  When an opportunity to transfer back to Hilton Head Island became available, she was thrilled to return to the beautiful low country.  Tracy also has a diversified background in banking: including loans, investments and insurance.  She then transitioned to accounting for her husband’s large flooring installation company, H2 Flooring Inc. 

Tracy and her husband, Todd, have lived on Hilton Head Island for 16 years, along with their son, Hunter.   Her husband is the owner of the largest custom residential homebuilding company, H2 Builders Incorporated, in the low country.  Tracy and her husband have been involved in real estate in many capacities (buying, selling, investing, and developing) for 16 years.  Tracy’s love of real estate led her to form The Hawk Group Realty, LLC.  Tracy, Todd and Hunter all feel privileged to live in such a beautiful coastal area, where many weekends you will find them boating, or at the baseball field. 

The love of community is shown through continuously giving donations to many charities, sponsoring school events, and local athletic teams.  Tracy combines Southern style friendliness and excellent service to make real estate transactions easy and stress free.  She does this whether you are here locally, or working from afar.
